After graduating as a textile engineer in Istanbul, I spent over a decade on the front lines of the yarn industry. I also worked with international clothing brands like Quiksilver as well as managing yarn factories. I specialized in production optimization and the development of innovative fiber blends. I have always been addicted to the "smell of the factory"; the scent of raw potential and creativity.

 

I later moved to the United States and noticed a gap in the market. Many yarns in the "economic" category were dominated by synthetics but sold at premium prices. With my background in engineering and global sourcing, I knew I could do better. I made it my mission to provide American crafters with high-quality fibers that respect every budget.
